Acquisition of 100% ownership of Mitutoyo Leeport Metrology Corporation

Mitutoyo Corporation is pleased to announce its completion of the purchase of 49% of the issued capital of Mitutoyo Leeport Metrology Corporation (hereinafter the Target Company) from Leeport Machine Tool Co., Ltd today to become 100% shareholder of the Target Company.
