Closure of Suzano Factory as Part of Mitutoyo Sul Americana Ltda. Business Restructuring
We hereby advise of the decision to close the following factory of consolidated subsidiary Mitutoyo Sul Americana Ltda. (head office: Suzano, Sao Paulo (state), Brazil).
1. Reasons for Closure
The closure is in order to strengthen the management base of Mitutoyo Sul Americana Ltda., and to bolster optimal global manufacturing of our products through selection and consolidation. Manufacturing of products currently handled at the factory will be transferred to our sites in China and Japan.
