We announce expansion and relocation of its consolidated subsidiary, Kochi Mitutoyo Co. (Nakatosa-cho, Takaoka-gun, Kochi Prefecture).
We have reached an agreement with the government of Kochi Prefecture on August 7^th, 2020 for the acquisition of industrial site as below.

1. Location	120-1 Azasekiya, Tokuoji, Kagami-cho, Konan-shi, Kochi Prefecture (in Kawatani Kariya industrial site)
2. Start of operation	October, 2022 (planned)
3. Business activities	Production of micrometer head and parts of micrometer
4. Area	Site area:33,833.66㎡ Building area (planned): 6,800㎡ (Total floor area) (It's about 2.6 times larger than current area)
