Notice of Organizational Restructuring, Change of Company Name, and Relocation of Overseas Subsidiary (China)
We would like to inform you that we have reorganized and changed the company name of Mitutoyo Suzhou which is one of our overseas subsidiaries. We will continue to strive to provide products and services that satisfy even more customers in China.
Reorganization
While continuing some of the existing production, we start a new "engineering business that leads to the improvement of customer productivity" such as in-house automatic measurement, development of jigs, etc., drawing creation, production and sales according to the requests of Chinese customers.
